Monsieur Félix & Mr. Norton cookies are baked fresh on board the Urgence-Biscuits mobile cookie bakery. We follow the same recipe that has made us famous for the past 23 years - only all-natural ingredients are used, including sweet butter, unbleached flour and, of course, huge chunks of imported European chocolate. Joy and euphoria are not additives; they are a naturally occurring by-product.
